Paige's Visit

Paige came back to Jacksonville with me. She and Austin had a great time together. This was one of their favorite places to go. The park with the swings. Paige would push Austin, Paige would push me, I would push both of them. We had lots of laughs!

Russell's

After Kloe was born, Matt was able to stay home for about 10 days, and after he went back to work I went and stayed with them for almost 2 weeks, and had a wonderful time. Betty, Chris's mom came up and stayed with them so she could help out with Austin while I was gone. I got a little lost the first time I took Lincoln to school, it should have taken about 15 min. He finally got there about 1 and 1/2 hours later. I kept telling Lincoln that we were on an ADVENTURE, he was a real sport. I was able to do lots of fun things with Lincoln and Paige, even help Lincoln with his homework. I have the cutest pictures, but can't find them right now. Matt built a great fire pit, we roasted marshmellows, made samores. Heide was still pretty busy with Kloe. Hope I can figure out how to post the pictures at a later date.

Memory Lane

This morning I was looking for a pair of little soft shoes that were Hilary's when she was a baby, and I really got side tracked. I was in an old trunk that was my great grandfathers. I was reminded of a small tag that was in a small flap in the top of the trunk. This tag was on a towel that was made by my mother when she was 8 years old. Wish I had the towel! I had my little helper with me. This was the only place I could keep him and know he wasn't into something else. The flap that you see behind Austin is where the little towel tag is. He is ALWAYS smiling!

This is a pile of a few of the items from memory lane. There is a sweater my mom made for me, a poncho my sister made, my wedding gown and garter I wore 33 years ago. Many Halloween costumes the girls wore, a blanket that was Steve's when he was a baby. Part of on outfit Hilary wore when she showed her little lamb, Butterfly and got 1st place in a 4H show, chaps I wore when I used to barrel race. Several outfits all the girls wore when they were little. I had a fun morning! With lots of help!

THE PUMPKIN PATCH

Look at those little cheeks. Austin was 7 months and as cute as a button. He loved playing with the straw and watching all the cars, trucks and motorcycles going by.
Always a happy guy!
