Amy Butler Challenge

This was so much fun!! Last week I was visiting H0lly and Jon in Utah and went to this amazing quilt shop "The Material Girl". It was the best quilt shop I have ever been in. It will be a definite visit every time I visit. Holly picked out fabric and a quilt pattern, and she is ready to go. A good friend to Heidi is a quilter and really enjoys sewing, and she told me about the shop. She has a great blog, amylouwho: random thoughts from a multi-tasker, especially if you enjoy sewing. This month is dedicated to sewers, sewing month, something like that. Amy has offered an Amy Butler (the name of a designer of a special fabric) challenge. You have to use one of her patterns and or fabrics and submit it to her blog on Friday. While there Holly picked out the fabric she wanted for Amy Butler's Birdie Sling purse. It is finished and ready to go. Thanks Amy for the challenge!!
