Yoga Retreat

All hands helped in the kitchen. The retreat was held in a lovely old home that looked out over the lake from one side and the mountains from the other side. Wild blueberries grew all over and we had them at several meals. Lolee and I had a room that overlooked the lake, the wind blew in the window and sent the curtains flowing. Late at night and early in the am you could hear the lunes calling. What a week, we had yoga at 8:30 every morning and then again at 4:30 in the afternoon. It was a wonderful week, met really nice people and it was nice to spend so much time with Lolee, Steve's sister.

Relaxing after our 4:30 class.
This was a quaint little town, and had a great knitting store.

This was our welcoming sign. I flew in from Jacksonville and Lolee and a few other ladies flew in from CA. There were about 12 people in all.
